How the Compression Works

This tool acts as a "Rasterization Engine". It reads your PDF, takes a customized, high-quality picture of each page, and stitches them back together into a new PDF using heavy JPEG compression. This strips out hidden metadata, oversized embedded fonts, and unoptimized vector layers.

Important Limitations

Loss of Text Selection: Because pages are converted to images, you will no longer be able to highlight, copy, or search for text in the output file.
File Size Increases: If your original PDF is mostly pure text (like a Word document saved directly as a PDF), converting text code into images might actually increase its size.
